(Senior) Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master (m/f/d)

For a highly critical Cloud Infrastructure Project (Cloud Center of Excellence) with a demanding enterprise client, we are not looking for a classic "meeting moderator," but a true Driver.

While you will technically act in the role of a Scrum Master, at heart, you are a Delivery Lead. The technical foundation of the project is solid, but operational governance is lagging. You love building pragmatic structures, even when it gets uncomfortable, and you are not afraid to actively demand decisions from busy executives. If "analysis paralysis" is your enemy, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Your Responsibilities (Execution over Facilitation)

• Delivery Ownership: You take full accountability for the team's delivery. You actively drive project goals and relentlessly remove blockers – you don't just document impediments in Jira, you chase them down until they are resolved.

• Assertive Stakeholder Management: You claim the necessary attention from highly busy executives and sponsors. You don't accept "I don't have time" when the team desperately needs governance decisions to move forward.

• Pragmatic Governance: You establish and enforce (top-down, if necessary) required structures and agile processes in an environment that is not yet used to strict operational governance.

• Hands-on Communication: You act as the bridge between tech and business. You translate technical necessities (like enablers, refactoring, or CI/CD bottlenecks) into clear business value for upper management.

• Team Alignment: You protect the team from outside noise while ensuring they stay focused on the highest-priority deliverables, pushing back on scope creep with clear, logical arguments.

Your Profile

• Personality over Theory: You are highly assertive, proactive, and execution-obsessed. You have a "thick skin" and your communication is crystal clear and direct.

• Pure Pragmatism: You thrive in fast-paced environments and know exactly when to break consensus to simply dictate a required standard because the project demands immediate execution.

• Crisis & Enterprise Experience: You have proven experience (5+ years) in complex, perhaps slightly gridlocked enterprise environments where not everyone cheers when new structures are established.

• Tech Affinity: You have a solid technological foundation (ideally in Cloud, DevOps, or Software Engineering) to communicate at eye level with Lead Developers and truly understand their constraints.

• Certifications: Certifications like SAFe, PSM, or similar are a nice-to-have, but your mindset and track record matter significantly more to us.

• Language Skills: Fluent English (German is a strong plus depending on the client setup).
